Three video formats are available at the same price: DVD, Blu-ray Disc, and MP4 file delivered on USB Flash Drive. The price includes First Class postage.

Order deadline at $24 (any format) mailed to home: Sunday, June 23. Orders will mail the week of June 24.

Orders placed June 24 and thereafter will increase to $30 and will mail to homes within 2 weeks of purchase.
