Three video formats are available at the same price: DVD, Blu-ray Disc, and MP4 file delivered on USB Flash Drive.

Order deadline at $30 (any format) with delivery to MPHS: Sunday, April 7. Orders will deliver the week of April 8.

Orders placed April 8 and thereafter will increase to $42 and will mail within 2 weeks of purchase. There is no in-school delivery for late orders.
