Three video formats are available at the same price: DVD, Blu-ray Disc, and MP4 file delivered on USB Flash Drive.

Order deadline at $30 (any format) with delivery to KHS: Sunday, April 20. Orders will be delivered the week of April 21.

Orders placed April 21 and thereafter will increase to $44 and will mail to homes within 2 weeks of purchase. There is no in-school delivery for late orders.
