Online order deadline at $40 per show (any format) with free delivery to DDC: Tuesday, July 5. Orders will deliver the week of July 11. Optional direct-mail delivery is +$6.

Orders placed July 6 and thereafter will increase to $52 and will mail within 2 weeks of purchase. There is no studio delivery for late orders.
