Three video formats are available at the same price: DVD, Blu-ray Disc, and MP4 file delivered on USB Flash Drive.

Order deadline at $40 per show (any format) with delivery to DDC: Wednesday, July 5. Orders will deliver the week of July 10. Optional direct-mail delivery is +$6.

Orders placed July 6 and thereafter will increase to $52 and will mail within 2 weeks of purchase. There is no studio delivery for late orders.
