Three video formats are available at the same price: DVD, Blu-ray Disc, and MP4 files on USB Flash Drive.

Order deadline at $37 (any format) with delivery to the DANCE4LIFE studio: Sunday, July 5. Orders will deliver the week of July 6. Optional direct-mail delivery is +$8.

Orders placed July 6 and thereafter will increase to $52 and will mail within 2 weeks of purchase. There is no studio delivery for late orders.
